Agreement
By using dayscripts.com or the Dayscripts service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States. The service is available in all 50 states.
What Dayscripts does
Dayscripts connects you with independent licensed physicians who review your intake and decide whether a prescription is appropriate. Dayscripts does not practice medicine. Submitting the intake form does not guarantee a prescription.
The service is not for emergencies. If you have a medical emergency, call 911.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide complete and accurate information on the intake form, to tell the physician about changes in your health, and to use any medication only as prescribed.
Pricing and billing
The Dayscripts Hair Protocol is $89 per month. You are charged only after a physician approves your prescription. If the physician declines, you are not charged.
After approval, your subscription renews monthly and you are charged each month before your next shipment, until you cancel.
Cancellation
Your subscription is month to month with no long-term commitment. You can cancel anytime before your next shipment is processed by emailing hello@dayscripts.com. Cancelling stops future shipments and charges. It does not apply to a shipment that has already been processed. [Refund policy to be confirmed.]
Shipping
Orders typically ship 2–4 business days from signed prescription to tracking. Delivery times after shipment depend on the carrier.
Compounded medication
The Dayscripts Hair Protocol is a compounded medication prepared by a licensed pharmacy. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. Individual results vary. See the Compounding Disclaimer.
No guarantee of results
Dayscripts makes no promise or guarantee about the results of any treatment. Individual results vary.
Limitation of liability

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [State], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
