Medical information on the intake form
When you select "Get your protocol," you go to a secure physician intake form operated by a third-party provider. Health information you submit there is handled by that provider, the reviewing physician and the dispensing pharmacy, as required by applicable law, including HIPAA where it applies.

We and our service providers use information to:
- Arrange physician review of your intake
- Send approved prescriptions to the pharmacy and ship your order
- Process payment after a physician approves your prescription
- Answer your questions and provide customer support
- Keep our services secure and comply with the law

Information is shared only as needed to provide the service: with the reviewing physician, the dispensing pharmacy, payment processing and shipping providers, and when required by law. We do not sell personal information.
